Some real coastal character to this with perhaps a faint touch of soot and mineral; a subtle waxiness develops alongside a fruity note and a curious pine wood freshness. Also appealing is the way the palate unfolds with time in the glass: Salted melon, white pepper and a character to the finish that some may interpret as 'seashore'.
