2012 Darling Park Robinson Vineyard Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with dark crimson red hue. On the nose plummy violet infused top notes are followed by some liquorice and light spicy toasted cedar with blackpepper end notes. Medium weight with a supple savoury profile and good richness the palate has flavours of plum, blackberries and liquorice over some lightly toasted cedar and subtlety toned blackpepper. Velvet smooth tannins and soft elegant mouthfeel. Long aftertaste of blackberries, liquorice, subtle toasty cedar and blackpepper.
