2012 Heartland Spice Trader Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple hue. Blackcurrant and blackberry aromas are to the fore followed by some dark plum, a hint of liquorice and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate has generous rich blackcurrant and blackberry flavours with some underlying liquorice and earth followed by a spicy back palate. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry spice and light earth.
Cellar 3-4 years.
