2012 Loosen Bros. Dr L Riesling

The Dr. Loosen estate has been in the same family for more than 200 years. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. The nose shows good intensity with aromas of red apple intermixed with some honeysuckle followed by some tropical fruits and spice. Fresh and lively the palate has flavours of fruity red apple and honeysuckle, tropical fruits and light spice. Clean dry finish with good lively acidity. Aftertaste of red apple, honeysuckle and light spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
