North Star's 16th run of casks includes 214 bottles of this Benrinnes, which has spent its time in an Oloroso barrique. Expect a full bodied, multilayered and complex dram. 51% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose –  Spicy oak and cardamom with hints of furniture polish and lavender. Palate – Chewy caramel on hot, buttery Belgian waffles. Finish –  Ginger snap biscuits dunked in sugary tea.
