2012 Rolf Binder Barossa Valley Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice intermix with dark chocolate and dark plum with underlying vanillin confectionary and subtle spicy cedar end notes. Rich and succulent with a soft round mouthfeel the palate possesses opulent flavours of ripe dark plums and liquorice over some vanillin oak and spice. Beautifully integrated silky smooth tannins. Good length with a long ripe dark plum, liquorice, vanillin oak and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
