2012 Saint Clair Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose presents a very intense aromatic sniff of passionfruit, some ripe herbaceous gooseberry, green apple and citrus. Mouthfilling palate flavours of passionfruit, green apple and citrus with a crisp mineral infused finish. Excellent concentration with long passionfruit, citrus and mineral aftertaste.
