2012 Tait The Wild Ride

A blend of 60% Shiraz, 20% Grenache and 20% Mataro. Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. The nose exhibits top notes of black raspberry and liquorice followed by a touch of earthiness and spice. Rich with a ripe succulent mouthfeel the palate possesses flavours of black raspberry, dark plum and liquorice over some light earth with a spicy finish. Velvet smooth tannins. Long joosy aftertaste of spicy black raspberry, liquorice and light earth.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
