2012 Vasse Felix Cabernet Merlot

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark crimson red hue. Intermixed aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry are followed by some bay leaf and spicy cedar end notes. Medium bodied and elegantly textured the palate has generous flavours of mulberries and blackcurrant followed by some drying dusty cedar, tobacco and spice. Dry fine grained tannins with aftertaste of mulberry, blackcurrant, dusty cedar and spicy tobacco.
