One of the more highly anticipated single barrel picks from WHA is also one of the most allocated: The yield was just 96 bottles. And with only 25 of these special barrels available worldwide, there will be a lot of Turkey fans missing out. Barrel #21-0084 was distilled on the 26-12-2012 and bottled on the 23-08-2021 at 50.5% abv.  Made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley, it promises aromas and flavours of malt, cereal, pie crust, peanut, caramel, vanilla and an easy and sweet, nutty, vanilla-laced finish with hints of chocolate.

Situated in Lawrenceburg, overlooking the Kentucky River, the Wild Turkey distillery has been making Bourbon since 1891. Their Private Barrel Selections are considered by many to be the ultimate bottlings from Father and Son Master Distillers, Jimmy and Eddie Russell.
