2013 Eradus Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Intense aromas of passionfruit and fresh capsicum are followed by some citrus and grassy asparagus characters. Mouthfilling flavours of passionfruit intermixed with fresh capsicum are followed by some grassy asparagus characters and citrus. Excellent concentration and varietal character. Clean crisp finish with a long aftertaste of passionfruit, capsicum, grassy asparagus and citrus.
