2013 Flying Fish Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of citrusy stone fruit alongside some flinty wet pebble stone characters and mineral. Light and crisp the palate has flavours of citrus, stony mineral characters and fresh pear. Clean dry finish with lively acidity. Aftertaste of citrus, fresh pear and stony mineral. Light, lean and fresh.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
