Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose exudes passionfruit and ripe gooseberry aromas over some green apple and lime with light herbaceous end notes. The palate possesses an intense flavour profile of passionfruit and tropical fruits followed by some citrus and subtle grassy asparagus like characters on the back palate. Clean crisp finish. Long aftertaste of passionfruit, tropical fruits and light grassy asparagus.
