2013 Handpicked Collection Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe white peach top notes open the account on the nose with cashew, nougat, light butterscotch and dried honey also present. Medium weight with a creamy textured mouthfeel the palate features generous flavours of ripe peaches and dried honey intermixed with cashew and nougat followed by some light butterscotch and spice. Clean dry finish with perfectly judged acidity. Long aftertaste of dried honey, cashew, nougat, light butterscotch and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
