2013 Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz Cabernet

Totally opaque midnight black colour with a deep very dark red hue. Ripe aromas of aniseed and blackcurrant are overlaid by spearmint with following spicy toasted cedar notes. Full of richness the palate has a supple joosy texture delivering mouthfilling flavours of liquorice, ripe blackberries and blackcurrant with underlying spearmint and spicy cedar characters. Velvet smooth tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of liquorice, blackberries, light spearmint, toasty cedar and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
