Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Fresh lime and crunchy granny smith apple aromas are followed by citrus and fresh herb end notes. Fresh palate flavours of pear, lime and citrus are followed by some minerally herb characters. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of fresh pear, lime, herbs and mineral.
