2013 Marcus Hill Vineyard Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with some faint greenish highlights around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals scents of pear and ripe peaches intermixed with some honeysuckle and lemon butter. Light to medium weight with a soft creamy textural feel the palate has flavours of peaches, dried honey and cashew finishing with a touch of spicy nougat. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of dried honey, peaches, cashew and lemon butter.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
