2013 Yalumba Galway Vintage Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark purple red hue. The nose displays inky plum and liquorice aromas alongside some ripe dark cherries, a subtle charriness and spice. Medium weight the palate possesses good generosity with flavours of dark plum and dark ripe cherries followed by a touch of liquorice, inky earth like characters and spice. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, subtle liquorice, inky earth like characters and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
