Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Intense aromas of gooseberry and passionfruit with a distinctive and equally powerful overlay of grassy herbaceous characters and fresh asparagus are followed by capsicum end notes. Superb flavour concentration featuring mouthfilling herbaceous grassy characters, fresh asparagus, citrus and capsicum. Clean crisp dry finish with a long conclusion of herbaceous gooseberry, grassy asparagus like characters and capsicum.
