2014 Crittenden Estate Los Hermanos Homenaje

A blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Mataro. Opaque dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Lifted ripe black cherry aromas intermix with black raspberry, liquorice and hints of dark chocolate over vanillin cedar and spicy earth. Medium to full bodied the palate is filled with ripe spicy black cherry flavours, touches of liquorice and earthy vanillin cedar. Slightly chewy on the dry finish with relatively fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy black cherries, earth, vanillin oak and spicy new leather.
Cellar 3-4 years.
