2014 Dal Zotto Pucino Prosecco

Frothy white mousse which once dissipated reveals a very pale straw almost water like base wine colour. Very fine and profuse bead. Pear and red apple are the dominate aromas on the nose followed by a faint hint of sherbet. Light and dry the palate has a fluffy mouthfeel featuring flavours of pear, apple and citrus. Clean crisp finish with an aftertaste of pear, apple and light sherbet.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
