2014 Dandelion Vineyards Wishing Clock of the Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh herbs and light grassy characters are intermixed with hints of passionfruit, citrus and stony mineral. Fresh, light and lively the palate has flavours of herbaceous ripe gooseberries, subtle passionfruit and green apples with a light grassy overlay and a crisp citrusy mineral finish. Long aftertaste of fresh herbs, herbaceous gooseberries, lime and stony mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
