2014 Famille Hugel Classic Gewurztraminer

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Exotically scented and displaying great intensity the nose offers up aromatics of lychee, rose petal, subtle honeysuckle, hints of Turkish delight and spicy ginger. Round, luscious mouthfeel with flavours of lychees, ginger spice, honeysuckle and Turkish delight. Despite the luscious nature of the fruit it finishes dry with sufficient acidity. Long aftertaste of lychees, Turkish delight, honeysuckle and ginger spice.
Drink over next 2-3 years.
