2014 Four in Hand Shiraz

Opaque dark purple black colour with a dark purple hue. The nose offers up fresh dark plum and liquorice scents followed by some just crushed blackberry notes over vanillin confectionary and spicy cedar. Medium weight the palate is both youthful and fruity with flavours of plum, freshly crushed blackberries, liquorice and vanillin oak with a spicy finish. Fresh, slightly dryish finish with very fine grained almost velvet like tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark plums, liquorice and toasty vanillin oak. Sydney Top 100 Wine Show Trophy winner.
