2014 Gipsie Jack Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant infused with hints of choc mint followed by some cedary tobacco characters and spice. Full bodied the palate is filled with rich blackcurrant, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours over some spicy cedary tobacco characters and a touch of mint. Slightly firmish feel with chewy fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, liquorice, cedary tobacco characters and subtle choc mint infusions.
Cellar 5-6 years.
