2014 Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz Cabernet

Opaque black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. Pronounced liquorice and ripe blackcurrant aromas are overlaid by hints of spearmint followed by some vanillin cedar and light spice. Rich and opulent in the mouth the palate presents a sumptuous, plushly textured flavour profile of ripe blackberries, liquorice, blackcurrant and choc mint with an undercard of spicy vanillin oak. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackberries, liquorice, dark plum, choc mint infusions and spicy vanillin oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
