2014 Mount Fishtail Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Displaying aromas in the greener spectrum, herbaceous grassy characters, citrus and asparagus are followed by some green capsicum end notes. Refreshing flavours of herbaceous gooseberries and citrus are overlaid by some grassy asparagus like characters with traces of capsicum present on the crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus, grassy asparagus and capsicum.
