2014 Nicks Secret Pyrenees Shiraz

Pitch black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Uplifted scents of black cherry, liquorice and dark plum infused with blackpepper are trailed by some vanillin cedar, scorched earth, smoked meats and faint leather. Rich, fleshy textured dark plum, liquorice and black cherry fruits carry medium body weight with notions of vanillin cedar, scorched earth and peppered meats lending further complexity through the back half. A polished yet sturdy tannin structure provides a solid back bone. Finishes with some leather tones through the long elegant finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
