Caol Ilas are not that uncommon, but Australian Exclusives are. This one's especially for the importers, 'Wonderland Drinks'. The bad news is there's just 60 bottles on offer. It's an intense, ashy, dry and minerally expression, emptied from a port octave in March 2022. 56.9% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... The delicate smell of welder's canteen (in a good way). Palate: Ash, soot and medicinal loveliness. Finish: Long & winey - a great balance.
