2014 Saint Clair Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a crimson red hue. The nose exhibits dark cherry and anise aromas overlaid by toasty oak with some spicy clove end notes. Light weight the palate has flavours of dark cherries, toasty cedar, subtle dried meats and spicy clove. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Moderate power with an aftertaste of dark cherries, subtle anise, toasty cedar and spicy clove.
Cellar 3-4 years.
