A 'teaspooned' Campbelltowner from an undisclosed source; the reclusive aromas offer a dry, sooty base note while hinting at salted crackers, black pepper and citrus pith; Richer in the mouth, with orange spice cake flavours and a coastal freshness - the peat remaining understated. The finish is peppery and medium long. An aperitif style with good body and regional definition. Springbank or Glen Scotia? Very small stocks from an outturn of 340 bottles. 54.9% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
