2014 Wither Hills Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose reveals passionfruit top notes intermixed with some herbaceous gooseberry and citrus followed by grassy asparagus end notes. Lively palate flavours of passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry and citrus with some grassy characters on the back palate. Refreshing crisp acidity with an aftertaste of passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry, citrus and light capsicum.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
