2015 Auntsfield Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pronounced aromas of passionfruit intermixed with green apple and some herbaceous grassy characters are followed by citrus and light capsicum end notes. Refreshing and intensely flavoured the palate is driven by passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry flavours over some citrus, grassy characters and spice. Snappy acidity on the finish with a long aftertaste of passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberries, citrus and light spicy grassy capsicum like characters.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
