2015 Burn Cottage Moonlight Race Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with a tinge of black around the outskirts and a dark crimson red hue. Scented violet top notes intermingle with red and dark cherries followed by a hint of strawberries, some game characters and spicy cedar. Light to medium bodied with a youthful freshness the palate features flavours of dark cherries and plums over a subtle meatiness, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins and a medium to long aftertaste of dark cherries, plums, dried meats and spicy cedar.
