2015 Caliterra Tributo Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. The nose shows wonderful intensity with aromas of ripe gooseberries tinged with citrus, herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus and spicy capsicum. The same theme continues onto the palate with herbaceous gooseberry and citrus flavours tied to grassy asparagus and spicy capsicum characters. Crisp dry finish with a medium to long herbaceous gooseberry, citrus, grassy asparagus and spicy capsicum aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
