Brilliant water like core with a distinctive greenish tinge to the rim. Herbaceous grassy top notes intermix with passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus followed by asparagus, capsicum and subtle spicy pencil shaving notes. Intense flavours of ripe gooseberries and citrus fill the mouth underpinned by light passionfruit, herbaceous asparagus characters, grassy herbs, traces of capsicum, infusions of pencil shavings and spice. Clean very dry finish with bracing acidity and a long persistent aftertaste.
