2015 Catalina Sounds Sound of White Pinot Noir

Matured for 15 months in French oak barriques. Excellent depth of colour displaying a deep dark red black tinged core with a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe black cherries combine with dark plum and anise over some dried herbs, lightly toasted cedar and spice. Medium bodied the palate has a ripe flavour profile of black cherries, dark plums and dried cherries with some anise, dried herb infusions and spicy toasted cedar also evident. Dryish finish with sturdy, quite muscular tannins. Aftertaste of black and dried cherries, dried herbs, faint anise and spicy cedar.
