2015 Claymore Wines Dark Side of the Moon Shiraz

Magnificent colour saturation displaying an impenetrable inky black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Lifted aromas of black cherry liqueur and liquorice overlay vanillin oak, a hint of scorched earth and spice. Thick and rich the palate has liqueur like flavours of dark plums, liquorice and black cherries which sit over vanillin oak and spice. The tannins are quite firm and dry. Aftertaste of liqueur black cherries, liquorice, black plums and spicy vanillin oak.
