2015 Cousino-Macul Antiguas Reserva Merlot

Aged for 10 months in oak barrels. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of spicy red to blackcurrants intermix with tobacco, dried herbs and hints of dusty cedar. Medium bodied the palate has savoury red to black currant fruits infused with tobacco and dried herbs. Traces of black olive and spicy cedar mark the dryish finish. Slightly chalky tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
