2015 Curatolo Arini Paccamora Syrah

Good vibrant colour with an opaque dark red black core and a bright purple red hue. Quite perfumed the nose displays violet scents overlaying ripe dark cherry, liquorice, earthy incense like notes and spice. Light to medium bodied with a soft fleshy textural feel the palate sports juicy dark cherry and liquorice flavours over infusions of earthy incense like characters and spice. Slightly dryish finish with very finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, a hint of liquorice, earthy incense and spicy dried herbs.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
