2015 De Bortoli Villages Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the edges. Aromas of limes and green apples meld into some fresh herb characters with light grassy asparagus notes also present. Light and refreshing the palate has flavours of lime and green apples over traces of passionfruit, fresh herb infusions and citrus. Clean crisp acidity with an aftertaste of limes, green apples, fresh herbs and citrus.
