2015 Earth's End Pinot Noir

Deep dark red, slightly clouded colour with black tinged edges and a bright but hazy red hue. Lifted aromas of spicy dark cherries and plums laced with anise are followed by hints of dried meats, stalk and earthy cedar like notes. Light to medium weight the palate has a mix of dark cherry and dark plum flavours infused with anise over some earth and spicy cedar. Fine grained tannins finishing with an aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, plums, anise, subtle meaty earth characters and spicy cedar. Doesn’t have quite the power or concentration of the 2014.
