2015 Gibson The Dirtman Shiraz

Totally opaque midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Liquorice and ripe blackberry aromas jump from the glass followed by some vanillin confectionary, toasty oak and subtle spicy pepper end notes. Rich and plush in texture the palate is awash with succulent liquorice and juicy ripe blackberry flavours over some dark plums, subtle choc mint infusions, toasty vanillin cedar and spice. Silky smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of liquorice, blackberries, dark chocolate, toasty vanillin oak and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
