2015 Jules Rose

A well priced, deliciously moreish Rose that will suffer a fast rate of bottle evaporation after the first glass.

Produced from 60% Merlot and 40% Carignan. Translucent salmon pink colour with a watery hue. The nose exhibits ripe red cherry, red raspberry and cranberry aromas over traces of musk with spicy end notes. Possessing a soft rounded textural feel the palate features a savoury flavour profile of ripe cherries intermixed with red raspberries and subtle musk infusions underpinned by some stony characters with spicy nuances on the dry finish. There’s a nice balance between the textural qualities and freshness. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe red cherries, red raspberries, spicy musk and subtle stony characters.
