2015 Leo Buring Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Intense lemon and lime aromas bound from the glass with nuances of orange rind and talc also present. Palate flavours of lime and lemon dance around a precise acid line with a back drop of orange rind, chalky talc and mineral. Dry finish with racy acidity and a long aftertaste of lemon, lime, subtle orange rind, chalky talc and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 6-8 years.
