2015 Lost Farm Pinot Noir Chardonnay Sparkling

Aged for 4 years on lees. A frothy white mousse oversees a pale straw coloured base that’s very finely threaded by a stream of tiny bubbles. On the nose pronounced ripe apple and pear scents mix with yeasty lees notes, baked bread, citrus and light cashew. Rich baked bread, ripe pear and yeast lees flavours are enhanced by notions of cashew and a citrusy freshness. Full creamy like mouthfeel. Dry crisp finish with a long mouth watering aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
