2015 Tatachilla Partners Cabernet Shiraz

Excellent colour saturation displaying a totally opaque black as night dark red core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackberries and liquorice over chocolatey oak and spice. Solid palate weight with rich juicy flavours of ripe blackberries, liquorice and blackcurrant over some toasty vanillin cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackberries, blackcurrant, chocolatey cedar and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
