2015 Tim Adams Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of lemon, lime, green apple and talc showing good intensity. The palate is very focused and energetic with lemon and fresh lime flavours dominate over talc and steely mineral. Cleansing acidity with a dry finish and long aftertaste of lemon, fresh lime, talc and steely mineral.
Cellar 5-6 years.
