2015 Tomich Wing & A Prayer Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Top notes of passionfruit dominate the nose with scents of citrus fruits, green apple and light herbaceous characters also evident. Crisp, refreshing flavours of passionfruit and citrus are followed by traces of green apple and light herbaceous characters. Snappy acid finish with an aftertaste of passionfruit, citrus and a light herbaceousness.
