Very deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice, ripe plums and dark raspberries are followed by vanillin oak and confectionary. Soft and fruity the medium bodied palate has juicy flavours of ripe dark raspberries, liquorice and plum over vanillin confectionary. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of dark raspberries, liquorice, plums and vanillin confectionary. A simple, soft and fruity Heathcote Shiraz.
